Kindly note that scheduling an appointment with Louisa implies that you acknowledge and consent to comply to the terms and conditions below. Thank you for your support.
Consent to Treatment
Booking an appointment implies consent for veterinary physiotherapy treatment to be performed on your animal by Louisa. Due to the legal requirement, all treatments require veterinary consent. Please be aware that Louisa may discuss your animals case with your veterinarian, and may refer your animal back to the vet if needed.
Animal Suitability
It is your responsibility to inform Louisa prior to the appointment if your animal has behavioural issues that may impact treatment. If deemed necessary in canine cases, muzzling may be requested. Your dog must be accustomed to the muzzle beforehand. Louisa has the right to stop or refuse treatment if she does not feel safe to continue.
Payment
Payments are the responsibility of the registered owner(s). All payments for treatment are due in full within 48 hours following the appointment. Only bank transfers, PayPal, or cash are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full charge for the session. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please contact Louisa on 07933646631.
General Data Protection Regulation
As part of the case history, some of your personal details will need to be taken. Your details will be stored safely and will not be accessible to other people. All data is confidential and no information will be passed onto a third party, except where required by law. A written request will be needed for the removal of your personal details.
